About the event
For our second workshop in the Kaleidoscope PA Center for Wellbeing space in Lemont, guest instructor Michael Monko of the Mossy Beetle (https://www.instagram.mossybeetle.com) lead us in a class on block carving and printmaking!
In this workshop you will learn various techniques to carve and create prints using 4x6 inch rubber carving blanks. After carving your image, we will print it onto a canvas tote bag.
The workshop will consist of:
Choosing a design (Spooky images will be provided!)
Transferring your design to the block
Carving the block
