This class is a Four-Part Art and Wellness Series. Each class is designed to gently guide participants back into their bodies through slow, mindful creative practices.
Session Three: Collage: Releasing Stress Through Layers
Through intuitive tearing, arranging, and layering, this session offers a creative pathway for releasing stress and emotional buildup. Participants discover how imagery and texture can help process what feels heavy while inviting space for renewal.
Each workshop explores a different art form—watercolor, mandala drawing, collage, and art journaling—as a pathway to settle the nervous system and reconnect with a sense of steadiness. Through intentional mark-making, grounding prompts, and spacious time to create, participants learn how art can help soften stress responses and cultivate a deeper feeling of calm and clarity.
