Introduction to Cyanotypes at Rooted Farmstead

In this special workshop, we will create blue and white cyanotype art using botanical materials from Rooted Farmstead!  Cyanotypes are an early form of photographic processing whereby a special chemical applied to the paper will react to UV light.  We'll use already prepared paper and natural UV light from the sun to transform our botanical creations to unique art pieces.  

Note that this workshop requires a non-rainy day (cloudy days still work!).  If the weather does not allow for the workshop to take place, a rain date will be offered for Sunday, October 13.
