Sunflower Watercolor Workshop at the Heirloom Farmer

Join us on Saturday, August 29 at 6 p.m. for an evening of watercolor in the sunflower fields at Heirloom Farmer! We’ll paint surrounded by blooming sunflowers, using the flowers around us as inspiration.

We’ll focus on painting a single sunflower, starting with a simple drawing or tracing and then adding layers of watercolor using wet-on-wet and wet-on-dry techniques. Along the way, you’ll learn a few easy ways to add color, texture, and dimension to your painting.

No watercolor experience is needed. Just come ready to paint, relax, and enjoy a summer evening among the sunflowers.

Be sure to bring water and sunscreen so you can stay comfortable while we paint!
