Watercolor: Monochromatic Designs

Join Sarah from Kaleidoscope PA for a creative workshop on Understanding Values in watercolors.

Students will learn the importance of values—lights, mediums, and darks—to create depth, contrast, and mood. Using monochromatic or limited color palettes, they’ll experiment with layering to build darker values and refine shading techniques. By the end of the class, they’ll complete a piece that uses a range of values, helping them develop control and enhance the realism in their work

This class is one within a series focused on watercolor! Participants can choose to take any or all of the classes depending on their interests and needs.
